What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request — just reach out in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

Is there Wi-Fi on the property?
Yes — each accommodation has its own private Wi-Fi network. Login credentials are posted inside each cabin. We encourage guests to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings, but we understand the need to stay connected.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Lodge and Tiny House with prior approval. The Treehouse is not pet-accessible due to the elevated entry. A pet fee applies. Please contact us before booking with a pet.

Are pets allowed?
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Full details are in the Guest Guide.
